AI Operations OS · Workflow Library and skills

Reuse what already works. Do not rebuild every function from zero.

The Workflow Library, Capability Library, and Skills Library are how Alltera expands without turning each area into a new project. They are operating assets — not an SDK for self-serve configuration.

Reuse

Skills, tools, and integrations should travel with the next workflow.

A classification skill proven in claims should be available to KYC. A reconciliation capability should not be rewritten for the next ledger. The library is the memory of production.

Clients do not buy a toolbox to assemble at home. Alltera operates the library as part of the engagement, with governance on what can be reused and at which autonomy level.

Fig. 01Operating hierarchy
  1. Workflow

States, rules, SLAs, exceptions, and a measurable result.

  2. Agents

Orchestrate the case, request context, and route decisions.

  3. Skills

Reusable capabilities: classify, extract, reconcile, draft, decide under policy.

  4. Tools

Concrete actions: query, write, trigger, escalate.

  5. Integrations

ERP, CRM, APIs, documents, databases, and legacy systems.

Libraries

What gets reused across workflows.

01

Workflow Library

Target operating designs: trigger, states, SLAs, exceptions, and close.

02

Capability Library

Composed operational abilities — collections contact, document intake, exception control.

03

Skills Library

Atomic, evaluated skills: extract, match, draft, score, route.

04

Tools

Concrete actions against systems of record.

05

Integrations

ERP, CRM, APIs, documents, databases, and legacy connections already in use.

06

Evaluations

Quality gates that travel with the skill when it is reused.

Expansion starts with what production already taught.

The library exists so the next workflow is not a greenfield build.
