Raffael Trepir is Head of AI Engineering at Alltera, leading the engineering behind the operations Alltera puts to work for its clients. He is responsible for the architecture of Alltera Core, the layer that connects systems, data, AI, and people, and makes sure every process runs with quality, security, and traceability day to day. His experience spans software engineering, systems integration, and applied AI, always focused on technology that delivers real operational efficiency.

Matheus Sá leads Alltera's Forward Deployed Engineering teams, who work inside client operations to deploy, integrate, and adapt AI agents to real business needs. His background sits at the intersection of data, technology, and operations: he has led data analysis teams and run AI-driven automation and process optimization initiatives, including the strategy and operation of AI agents in high-volume environments. He holds a law degree from PUC Minas.

Juliana Bellini is a Deployment Strategist at Alltera. She works with client leadership to find where operations can become more efficient and which process to tackle first. She maps processes, sets priorities and readiness criteria, and runs the deployment plan alongside the engineers who work inside the client's operation. Her experience spans operations strategy, process design and change management, connecting executive decisions to day-to-day operations.

Helena Prado is AI Governance Lead at Alltera, responsible for AI governance across the operations Alltera puts to work for its clients. She defines policies, controls, and quality criteria, ensures traceability and human oversight over automated decisions, and oversees compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations. Her experience spans risk management, compliance, and data governance, connecting innovation with operations that are secure, auditable, and trustworthy.

We are looking for the person who will lead Alltera's account growth in mid-sized and large companies. You will run conversations with executives and operations leaders, understand where each operation is bottlenecked, and show how Alltera delivers more efficiency and results in the client's day-to-day work. Experience in long-cycle, consultative B2B sales is essential.

Will build and manage Alltera's strategic partnerships with technology companies, consultancies, and integrators.
