This policy describes how Alltera handles personal data submitted through the site, in particular the contact form.

Data we collect
When you submit the form, the request reaches the Alltera inbox (marcello@alltera.works). We receive your name, work email, company, declared interest, and the workflow description you choose to share.
We send a confirmation message to the email you provided, so the request does not stay only in the browser.
Technical access logs (such as IP address and user-agent) may be generated by hosting services for security and site operation.
Purpose
We use this data to respond to the request, assess whether there is a cut for an AI Opportunity Assessment, and continue the corresponding commercial conversation.
Delivery uses a transactional email service to the Alltera inbox. We do not sell contact lists and we do not use the form to offer subscription plans.
Retention
We keep the message for as long as needed to respond and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of data sent through the site by writing to marcello@alltera.works.
