AI, systems, and people working in the same workflow.
The AI Operations OS is not a standalone SaaS product. It is the layer Alltera uses to execute, observe, govern, and improve workflows in production.
We do not sell standalone self-service software.
Alltera does not sell a self-service platform or an SDK for clients to assemble agents on their own. Technology is infrastructure for the outcome. The engagement is operational capacity.
Five layers of the operating model
The AI Operations OS is not standalone software. It is the operating layer Alltera uses to execute, observe, govern, and improve workflows in production.
Experience
Dashboards, interfaces, email, chat, voice, and WhatsApp.
Workflow
Processes, states, rules, SLAs, exceptions, and approvals.
Intelligence
Agents, skills, context, evaluations, and model routing.
Connectivity
ERP, CRM, APIs, documents, databases, and legacy systems.
Control
Identity, permissions, auditability, observability, cost, and security.
Experience sits on the operation. Control is the foundation.
How the OS is operated.
These pages replace the old product modules. They are operating capabilities — not self-service software.
Workflows and agents
Alltera does not ship a catalog of standalone agents. Specialized agents run inside an end-to-end workflow, with states, exceptions, and Human-in-the-Loop already defined.
02Workflow Library and skills
The Workflow Library, Capability Library, and Skills Library are how Alltera expands without turning each area into a new project. They are operating assets — not an SDK for self-serve configuration.
03Connectivity and Control
Connectivity joins ERP, CRM, APIs, documents, and legacy systems to the case. Control keeps identity, permissions, model routing, cost, and audit on every material step. Neither layer is a self-service gateway product.
04Production and Managed Operations
A Production Value Sprint puts a real workflow into production. Managed AI Operations then runs, monitors, improves, and governs it. Ownership can be Managed, Co-Managed, or Build & Transfer — never a free trial and never a public price list.
05Strategy and transformation
The AI Opportunity Assessment sets baseline, business case, and First Success Candidate. The AI Transformation Pod then expands AI-native operations across workflows, functions, and units.
Operating hierarchy
Workflow → Agents → Skills → Tools → Integrations. The workflow is the unit of value. Agents coordinate the case. Skills encapsulate reusable capability. Tools take action. Integrations connect the systems that already exist.
Workflow
States, rules, SLAs, exceptions, and a measurable result.
Agents
Orchestrate the case, request context, and route decisions.
Skills
Reusable capabilities: classify, extract, reconcile, draft, decide under policy.
Tools
Concrete actions: query, write, trigger, escalate.
Integrations
ERP, CRM, APIs, documents, databases, and legacy systems.
Workflow → Agents → Skills → Tools → Integrations
Reusable skills
A skill proven on one workflow should serve the next. That is how expansion stops being a new project in every function.
Multi-model routing
No model is the operation. Alltera routes models by task, risk, cost, and quality, with continuous evaluation.
Governance and observability
Identity, permissions, audit trail, quality, cost, and exceptions belong in the workflow from the first day in production.
Pragmatic integration
We connect what the operation already uses. The priority is that the case completes in the system of record — not that another product replaces the estate.
Infrastructure serves the workflow in production.
The OS exists to execute, observe, govern, and improve. The contract remains operational capacity.
