Wealth and succession planning for firms

Problem

Wealth decisions mix law, finance and tax, and each part lives in a separate spreadsheet, folder or someone's head. Changing one assumption means redoing everything.

What we built

A system where each case lives on a single base.

  • The dashboard compares scenarios and shows ITCMD (inheritance and gift tax) and income tax compliance alerts.
  • The portfolio is a kanban by stage: diagnosis, plan, execution, maintenance.
  • Data comes in by importing the income tax return.
  • Family: family tree.
  • Assets: assets, liabilities, currency.
  • Succession: court vs. out-of-court probate costs and ITCMD by state; corporate structure and individual vs. holding company over 20 years; division per heir with spousal share, forced share and collation; will with forced-share check; probate vs. holding vs. lifetime gift scenarios; gifts; insurance and liquidity.
  • Tax: capital gains. International: assets abroad.
  • AI intelligence: risks and a combined strategy that requires the professional's approval.
  • Multigenerational projection, technical PDF report, and a commercial proposal with e-signature.
  • An AI copilot takes the conversation about family, assets and goals and proposes changes to the case, which the professional confirms one by one.
  • LGPD compliance with a hash-chained audit trail, firm branding on reports, and multi-firm teams.

How it works in practice

In day-to-day use, with the case on one base, changing an assumption updates every scenario at once. AI proposes and flags risks, but nothing enters the case or the strategy without the professional's confirmation, and every step is recorded in the audit trail.
