Law and accounting firm operations

Problem

A firm's routine is scattered across spreadsheets, email, government portals and people's heads. Late tasks, missing documents or tax-authority notices surface only when someone remembers to check.

What we built

One system in eight areas.

  • My Day: mood check-in; tasks as list, kanban and calendar, with alerts for overdue items and items stalled for 5+ days.
  • Clients: records with import.
  • Internal Operations: searchable meetings and minutes, AI compliance assistant, weekly sales/finance/operations indicators, processes and flows by area, team tasks with bulk overdue follow-up, management dashboard with smart alerts, software inventory, projects with AI analysis, external requests with AI classification.
  • Legal & Tax: wealth planning; Tax Radar connected to the federal tax mailbox (e-CAC), clearance certificates, SICONFI, DataJud, the Official Gazette and digital certificates; document checklists by municipality; legal research across courts and CARF with a legal-intelligence mode.
  • Sales: commission calculation from spreadsheets, marketing calendar, company lookup by CNPJ (single and bulk), sales report, onboarding forms.
  • Agents: preliminary tax reviews run by six agents (triage, tax, social security, debts, corporate, report) with an orchestration screen and fixed rules.
  • Team & Culture: company calendar, leave and vacation with balances and approvals, notice board.
  • HUB Admin: access report, users, security and logs, integrations, event-based automatic rules with escalation, contract and document templates, team workload, task indicators.

How it works in practice

In day-to-day use, tasks, clients, official sources and agents on one base make visible what is stalled and who owns it. In the agents, separating fixed rules from judgment keeps every finding traceable to its source document.
